Ahead of the first two days, today I will try to resolve some things going me asking

seam (mdc) and hem
The pattern of our sew me HAVE INCLUDED THE SEAM. This means that when the fabric is cut is made just on the edge of the pattern, without adding seams, because it will be ½ "inside the line pattern. With this I make some observations:
- When the employer has the mdc included, the pattern on paper is "bigger" than the dress will be once completed. Surely I am the most clueless here but this truism is important when measuring the girl with the pattern piece, because you must remember to remove the mdc.
- Hems. For this pattern the hem is included and is 5 / 8 "(1.6 cm). Girls have the good habit of growing each year more high than width, so the measure should be increased to 5 cm hem.
The employer is American and was measured in inches and yards. In my English translation sewing instructions I have the equivalent in centimeters and meters, but, if possible, forget you and wear the cms to inch tapes for accuracy.
